Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two officially opens July 30, but Daniel Radcliffe won’t be there. He’s busy starring in the Off-Broadway production of Privacy at the Public Theater, but says he’s very curious to learn more about the eighth installment in the famed series by J.K. Rowling.
“I did not [see it], no,” Radcliffe told Playbill.com in an interview for Privacy. “I’ve been here the whole time. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll be going in the immediate future. I sent flowers for their first preview, but I haven’t been yet just because… I’ll try and let some of the furor die down around it, but I do want to see it because apparently there’s some big secret that we’ve all got to go and see it to find out because everyone is being very good at keeping it.
