Julie Taymor Broadway M. Butterfly Revival Posts Audition Notice
Tony-winning Lion King director Julie Taymor, whose last Broadway outing was the much-in-the-news Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, has posted an audition notice for a planned Broadway revival of the 1988 Tony-winning Best Play, M. Butterfly.
The notice, posted on the Actors Equity Association website, said the production is seeking actors

The Hollywood Fringe Festival has released final numbers on its 2016 event:
- The Festival sold over 56,000 individual tickets.
- Ticket sales have increased more than 300% since the inaugural festival (2010).
- The festival sold an estimated $447,000 in tickets this year.
