Headlining everywhere from the legendary Copacabana to Las Vegas, Darin was a consummate showman. Beyond the Sea celebrates the spirited and immense talent of one of the great performers of the 20th century. Featuring his greatest hits such as “Splish Splash,” “Dream Lover,” and of course, “Beyond the Sea.”

Characters:
Man 1 and Man 2: Bobby Darrin super fans. Bronx boys from the neighborhood.
Woman 1: Stands in for Sandra Dee, Connie Francis, and several of Bobby’s loves. Can play instruments with the band.
Casting Note: While parts can be adapted as needed, I think it is important that the female role has to play the bass. The music is demanding and each individual performer must be charismatic in their roles
Setting: A Vegas-type cabaret or lounge. Should be large enough for the band to be on stage.
